1] As a Registration Assistant i worked under the supervision of the Team Leader. 2] Conducting Registration interviews of Afghan refugees and Non Afghan refugees Asylum seekers under the mandate of UNHCR.3] Maintain Confidentiality of the claim and information of Afghan Asylum seekers during interview. 4] During interviews collect all the data of the applicant. 5] Prepare files for each and every family member accompanying the Focal point. 6] Collect all the documents that applicants provide during the interview and save them as separate files. 7] Give the asylum seekers an initial protection slip first, then start processing their Protection application. 8] Identify vulnerable cases during registration interviews and refer them to UNHCR. 9] Refer refugees and Asylum seeker to ALAC and psychoscocial for legal and emotional support.

1 Identify community needs, concerns and priorities through participatory methods and build trust, develop linkages with community leaders.2 Build strong rapport with with local community stakeholders and other public organisation for the purpose of project implementation and community development.3 Organise and facilitate community meetings and awareness-raising sessions within targeted areas.4 Gathers data from the community like Observations,organising in depth interviews and also focus discussion group method.5 Undertake field visits and surveys as needed for the effective implementation of project activities in the field.6 Mobilize and facilitate the formation of community-based volunteers groups in community.7 Developed a wide network of community leaders who were always willing to help get projects off the ground.8 Management of project documents and maintain accurate records of community mobilization activities and awareness sessions.

5] Additionally facilitated awareness-raising sessions within communities, covering various topics related to child protection and rights.
